Apple and Cinnamon Porridge

INGREDIENTS

1/3 cup traditional oats

1 cup water

1 (100g) small apple, peeled, grated

¼ teaspoon cinnamon

½ tsp honey

¼ cup low fat milk to serve

INSTRUCTIONS

1.    Heat a small saucepan on medium-high heat and add oats, water and bring to a boil. Then turn off the heat.

2.    Add grated apple and cinnamon and stir consistently until the mixture is thick and creamy.

3.    Serve the porridge in a bowl with honey and milk
