Chicken and Apple Meatballs

500g Chicken Mince
1 Green Apple, grated
1 Onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon Chicken Stock Powder
½ tablespoon Fresh Parsley, roughly chopped
50g Fresh Breadcrumbs
- Preheat oven to 180C. Line a baking dish with baking paper and set aside.
- In a large bowl, add chicken mince, grated apple, onion, stock powder, parsley and breadcrumbs and mix until well combined.
- Using your hands, form the mixture into about 20 small chicken balls and line up in rows in the prepared baking dish. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until slightly golden. Allow too cool slightly before serving.
