1½ Cups Plain Greek Yoghurt

2 Tablespoons Golden Syrup

½ Cup Granola Muesli

½ Cup Frozen Berries


  1. Lay 12 mini cupcake cases or silicone muffin cups on a small baking tray.
  2. Mix Greek yoghurt and syrup in a bowl until combined. Spoon into muffin cases. Top with granola and frozen fruit.
  3. Place in the freezer for two hours or overnight, until the yoghurt is completely frozen. Serve immediately and keep stored in the freezer in an airtight container.
