Healthy Anzac Biscuits

1 ½ Cup Rolled oats

½ Cup Plain flour

½ Cup Desiccated coconut

½ Teaspoon Ground cinnamon

3 Tablespoons Olive oil

3 Tablespoons Golden syrup

¼ Teaspoon Bicarbonate of soda

1 Tablespoon Water


  1. Preheat oven to 160°C and line a baking tray with baking paper. Combine oats, flour, coconut and cinnamon in a bowl.
  2. Combine olive oil, golden syrup, bicarb soda and water in small bowl, mix until well combine.
  3. Add syrup mixture to the oat mixture and mix well. Roll level tablespoons of mixture into balls and place on lined tray. Gently press each ball to flatten slightly.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown. Set aside on the trays to cool completely.
