Jewel Chocolate Bark

¼ Cup Dried Cranberries

¼ Cup Pistachios, chopped

200g Dark or Milk Cooking Chocolate


  1. Line a baking tray approx. 26cm x 18cm with baking paper.
  2. Place chocolate in a microwave safe bowl and microwave at 30% power for 3 minutes. Remove from the microwave and stir until thoroughly melted and smooth.
  3. Pour melted chocolate into baking dish and spread into a thin layer. Top with cranberries and pistachios.
  4. Freeze for 5 to 10 minutes to set. Break into 12 pieces and serve.
