Crunchy Tortilla Chips

3 Large Tortilla Wraps

Spray Olive Oil


  1. Preheat oven to 180⁰C. Line a cookie tray with baking paper.

  2. Using a 2 inch (5cm) round cookie cutter, cut out small discs from 3 large wraps.

  3. Arrange the discs on the tray in a single layer.

  4. Spray lightly with oil.

  5. Cook for 10 minutes or until golden brown.

Great to have with guacamole!
