No Bake Chocolate Bars

INGREDIENTS

3 Cups Crispy rice cereal (eg. Rice Bubbles)

1½ Cups Chocolate chips

1 Cup Peanut butter

½ Cup Golden Syrup

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Line an 8 x 8 inch baking tray with baking paper

  2. Add rice cereal into a large mixing bowl and set a side. In a microwave safe bowl combine chocolate, peanut butter and golden syrup and heat for 3 minutes on 30% power or until melted. Remove from microwave and whisk until well combined.

  3. Pour chocolate mixture over the rice cereal and mix until well combined. Pour into lined baking tray and refrigerate for 60 minutes or until firm. Remove and cut into bars.
