INGREDIENTS

22 (375g) Weetbix, crushed

250g Marshmallows

80g Butter

100g White chocolate, melted

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Line the base and sides of a 20 x 30cm lamington tin.
     
  2. Combine butter and marshmallows in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat. Cook, stirring for 5 minutes or until butter and marshmallows melted and mixture is smooth.
     
  3. Crush weetbix in a large bowl then pour the marshmallow mixture over the weetbix, stirring to combine. Spoon mixture into the prepared tin, use the back of a spoon to smooth the surface. Place in fridge for 2 hours to set.
     
  4. Place the white chocolate in a small plastic bag. Use scissors to snip one of the corners. Drizzle chocolate over the slice. Set aside to ser. Cut into squares to serve.
