Pita Bread Tree Snacks

2 Plain Pita (pocket) Breads (about 15cm in diameter)
16 Thin Pretzels
¼ cup Low Fat Sour Cream
1 Avocado, peeled, deseeded and mashed
1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley, finely chopped
¼ teaspoon Lemon Pepper
¼ cup Tomato (or Capsicum), very finely chopped
- Cut each pita bread, into 8 wedges. Insert pretzel stick half way into centre of the bottom of each wedge to form ‘tree trunk’.
- In a small bowl, mix sour cream, avocado, parsley and lemon pepper. Spread about tablespoon sour cream mixture on each pita wedge.
- Sprinkle tomato on each wedge to decorate. Serve immediately.
