Rice Bubble Bars

INGREDIENTS

4 Cups Rice Bubbles

300g White Marshmallows

40g Margarine

Hundreds and Thousands

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Line a 20cm baking tray with baking paper.
     
  2. Combine marshmallows and margarine in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water. Stir until melted and smooth.
     
  3. Place rice bubbles in a large bowl. Pour in marshmallow mixture and stir quickly until well combined. Spoon into baking tray and using damp hands press down evenly. Sprinkle with hundreds and thousands.
     
  4. Place in fridge for 30 mins to set. Cut into rectangles to serve.
