INGREDIENTS

Banana Smoothie

½ Cup Low Fat Vanilla Yogurt

½ Cup Low Fat Milk

1 Small Ripe Banana, chopped

1 Teaspoon Honey

½ Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon

 

Mango Smoothie

½ Cup Low Fat Vanilla Yogurt

½ Cup Low Fat Milk

½ Small Mango, fresh, chopped

1 Teaspoon Honey

1 Teaspoon Almond Meal

 

Raspberry Smoothie

½ Cup Low Fat Vanilla Yogurt

½ Cup Low Fat Milk

½ Cup Frozen Raspberries

1 Small Ripe Banana, chopped

1 Teaspoon Honey

1 Teaspoon Almond Meal

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy. Pour into a chilled glass and serve ice cold.
