Tuna and Zucchini Slice

1 Brown onion, finely chopped

1 Garlic clove, crushed

4 Medium zucchini, coarsely grated

425g Canned tuna, drained, and flaked

1 cup Tasty cheese ,grated

1 cup Self raising flour

¼ cup Olive oil

4 Eggs

1 punnet Cherry tomatoes, halved


  1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Spray a non-stick baking tray.
  2. In a large bowl add zucchini, onion, garlic, tuna, cheese, eggs and oil and mix until well combined.
  3. Pour into prepared pan. Top with cherry tomatoes.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden and firm. Cool in the pan. Cut into pieces.
