Triple Berry Overnight Oats

INGREDIENTS

30g traditional oats

50 grams of reduced fat milk

40 grams low fat Greek yoghurt

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

1/3 cup mixed berries - strawberries, blueberries, raspberries

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a bowl, mix rolled oats, milk, yoghurt and cinnamon until well combined.
     

  2. Transfer the mixture to a jar or container with a lid to refrigerate overnight.

  3. The next morning, add mixed berries to the jar and enjoy a delicious and healthy breakfast.
