Children need to have a well-balanced diet. They need to source their nutrients from a wide variety of sources. Many Kids, however, can be quite fussy over the type of foods they eat. Many have a limited range and do not like being introduced to new textures and tastes.

Dietitian Robyn Curtis presents a number of strategies and techniques that will help counter act and improve your child’s palate. By involving the whole family she will introduce different types of ways to expand your child’s tastebuds. Focusing on engaging the whole family, she will teach you how to introduce a range of foods in a fun and exciting way. Meal times should not be stressful and this one 60min course will help develop a number of tricks to reduce the stress on the whole family.
